Many bottled products, such as soy sauce, vinegar, beer, etc., most of these bottles have thin bottlenecks. In many cases, the bottlenecks need to be labeled. As for the bottleneck, it is very thin and fragile, and the pressure it bears is limited. If you don't pay attention to it when labeling, it is likely to be broken. So what labelling equipment should be used for beer bottleneck labeling machines? Here's a detailed introduction to everyone.
The scientific name of this equipment: Full-automatic vertical vertical bottle labeling machine, which is a round bottle labeling machine. Labeling at the specified position on the circumferential surface.
This device is powerful and excellent. The pressing mechanism, combined with the 3-axis positioning mechanism, prevents the bottle from fluctuating up and down, the labeling coincidence is high, and the pressure can be adjusted without crushing the bottle. The use of a spring-pressed bottle separating mechanism to automatically divide bottles can effectively eliminate the bottle unsmoothing caused by the error of the bottle itself, and high labeling stability.
Easy to adjust, equipped with front, back, left and up, up and down direction, plane tilt angle, vertical plane tilt angle adjustment seat, switch between different bottle shapes without dead angle, easy and fast adjustment. PLC touch screen control, human-machine interaction interface with operation teaching function, parameter modification is intuitive and clear, and various functions are easy to switch.
In addition, there is a device that can apply three labels at the same time, that is, two labels on the bottle at one time, and one label on the bottleneck, that is, a double side + neck labeling machine for conical bottles, which Firmka used to call For the automatic flat bottle-round bottle multifunctional labeling machine, we have made a lot of samples, such as condiment bottles, wine bottles, gasoline bottles, etc. Generally speaking, if the customer has a large output and requires high efficiency, we will recommend this device.
