The reason for the issue of the center column of the sleeve labeling machine
1. If the folded diameter and thickness of the controlled film material are too large or too small, especially the film material not within the standard size, it is more likely to cause the center column to jam;
2. The clamping point of the center column of the sleeve labeling machine is too tight, and the label cannot be stuck on the center column.
3. When the blade of the tool returns to the origin after one revolution, it may stop in the groove of the center column, causing the film label to contact the blade and get stuck.
4. After replacing the nesting machine with a new blade, the length is not enough, the label cannot be cut and the card cannot be swiped.
Solution to the failure of the center column of the sleeve labeling machine:
1. The label standard provided by the supplier is required. The normal diameter required is within the standard value ±0.5 mm, the short standard thickness is not less than 0.035 mm, and the long standard thickness is not less than 0.045 mm. Only within this range can the labeling machine drive operation. The customer must be required to provide the label diameter and thickness according to the standard value for the sleeve marking machine.
2. Correctly adjust the strength of the up and down driving rubber wheels.
3. Check whether the tool origin is correct, and check the matching of the entire process control. After the cutting machine leaves the center column, it must drive the next label within the effective time. The cutting machine should stop every rotation. Stay in the cutter head and don't get too close to the center column slot to avoid jamming.
4. Make sure that the replaced marking machine has the same length and can cut the label directly. Please refer to the old blade data before replacement.
