Here are some of the most common solution of labeling

 First, uniform speed product labeling
The beginning of the labelling machine process is the feeding of boxes on the conveyor at a constant speed. Mechanically fixed installation separates the boxes a fixed distance and pushes the box along the direction of the conveyor. The mechanical system of the labeling machine includes a drive wheel, a rotary full-automatic labeling machine

Second, intermittent labeling
A labeling wheel, and a reel.
The driving wheel intermittently drags the label tape, and the label tape is pulled out from the reel and passes through the labeling wheel. The labeling wheel will press the label tape on the box. An open-loop displacement control is used on the reel to maintain the tension of the label tape. Since the labels are closely connected to each other on the label tape, the label tape needs to start and stop from time to time.

Third, the same speed labeling
The label is attached to the box at the same speed as the label wheel. When the conveyor belt reaches a certain orientation, the drive belt of the labeling belt will speed up to match the speed of the conveyor belt. After the label is attached, it will decelerate to stop. Because the label is slippery, it has a registered logo on it to ensure that each label is placed correctly. The registration mark is read by a sensor. During the deceleration phase of the label tape, the driving wheel will readjust the orientation to correct any orientation errors on the label tape.

Fourth, positioning positive labeling
The label is affixed to the packaging container. The error between the centerline of the label and its theoretical orientation is within the regular range of the round bottle self-adhesive active labeling machine, which is called positive labeling. If there are multiple labels on the same packaging container, the errors between their respective theoretical positions should be calculated according to the above definitions, and they should all be within the scope of the rules.
