1. Pressure filling method
This is a method of filling containers to a certain level. The pressure filling machine uses an external isolation box or liquid pump to drive the liquid from the storage tank into the filling valve. Liquid enters the container through the filling valve. This filling valve is also equipped with an overflow pipe. When the inlet of the overflow pipe is covered by the rising liquid level, the filling liquid level is formed. But as long as the container is sealed under the filling valve, the liquid will continue to overflow through the overflow pipe. When the seal is released, the valve sleeve will close the filling valve and the inlet of the overflow pipe, and the filling is completed. The entrance position of the overflow pipe located in the upper part of the container determines the filling liquid level, which is a real pressure filling machine.
In recent developments, a pressure filling machine equipped with a special filling valve has been used to fill liquids with a low concentration of carbon dioxide. Generally speaking, the pressure filling machine is used to fill non-gas liquid, it is low cost, suitable for filling a variety of liquids and various containers. Filling in a pressure environment is often limited to filling narrow-neck containers.
2. Pressure gravity filling method
This method is commonly used for filling carbonated beverages such as sparkling water, beer, sparkling wine and champagne. The liquid is installed in the liquid storage tank on the machine that rotates at a high speed. There is high-pressure gas on the liquid surface. The filling valve is installed on the liquid storage tank to keep the filled container rising to the filling valve and withstand the pressure of the spring in the valve. The valve is opened. After the container is sealed with the filling valve port, a mechanical pressing device opens the inflation valve located above the exhaust pipe of the filling valve. The inflation valve is located above the liquid level of the liquid storage tank. The high-pressure gas on the liquid level enters the container through the exhaust pipe, so that the container has the same pressure as the upper space of the liquid storage tank. At this time, the liquid valve opens and the liquid flows in due to gravity container. When the liquid flows into the container, the air in the container is discharged through the exhaust pipe port. When the exhaust pipe mouth is covered by the rising liquid level, the filling level is determined. Before the sealing of the filling valve is released, there is still pressure above the liquid level of the container. In order to release the pressure, there is a mechanical exhaust valve in the filling valve. After slowly opening, the upper part of the container is open to the atmosphere. Therefore, when the container is removed from the filling machine and the seal is released, no liquid will be ejected. The essence of this method is gravity filling, and no liquid overflow will occur.
