2. Check that the conveyor belt of the side labeling machine's conveying mechanism has no breakage. If it breaks, you need to replace it with a new conveyor belt.
3. Check whether the stripping scraper is not sharp enough and whether there is corrosion.
4. Check whether the traction mechanism is open. Only when the traction mechanism is opened can the labeling be performed normally.
5. Check whether the traction mechanism of the sticker labeling machine is loose. If it appears loose, you need to tighten the traction mechanism.
6. Check if there is any looseness in the power contact of the drive motor.
7. The problem of the label single side labeler itself is also possible. The label quality is poor or the label is irregular. There is no way for the label scraper to peel the label.
