We would like to share the labeling machine issue and solution as following,
Consecutive feeding label:
Cause of:
1. The lower part of the center column supports the elastic sheet to relax or break.
2. The signal of the battery eye is abnormal.
Solution:
1. Replace with a new shrapnel and adjust it to fit the label.
2. Adjust the sensing position or sensitivity of the electric eye.
Burr too heavy:
Cause of:
Because most of the sleeve labeling machines on the market currently belong to the cutting point design method of multiple knives, it is difficult to completely control the burrs.
1. The label is too large, and the deviation between the diameter of the center column and the folding diameter of the film material is too large.
2. The calibration level of the cutter head is not on the line.
3. Inside the cutter head group, the gap between the eccentric shaft groove and the bottom of the cutter seat is too large, resulting in uneven blades.
4. The blade is not strong enough.
Solution:
1. Do a good job of controlling the size of the label, and confirm that the label folding diameter matches the diameter of the center column.
2. Confirm the leveling point after blade replacement, and tight control of locking blade.
3. Replace the relevant parts inside the cutter head group.
4. Replace with a new blade.
