Although the self adhesive label machine is controlled by a stable servo (plc) system, it can label 150-320 boxes per minute with a labeling accuracy of ± 1mm. However, when the sticker label machine is not maintained properly, various problems will occur, which will cause the equipment to be unable to perform normal packaging processing.
Common faults include failures such as missing bids, no bids, and repeated bids, which should be checked from these aspects;
1. Check whether the labeling head is bent.
2. Check whether the running parameters are the same.
3. Check if there is any problem with the position of the electric eye.
Follow the three steps above to check step by step. After checking that the position of the labeling head and the running parameters are correct, it is determined that the problem of the electric eye is detected. The reason is insufficient sensitivity, failures such as missing labels, no bids, and repeated bids.
The solution is as follows;
In a dry condition, wipe off the dust and debris on the surface of the electric eye, check whether the electric eye is loose, compress the connector again, and restart the device to run normally after doing the above work. If it does not work, you need to reset the parameters and replace the new sensor.
