Regarding the adjustment of the label box of the labeling machine
The center line of the label box, the center axis of the label station is tangent to the label paper, and the center axis of the label plate is three points in a line. The gap between the label paper and the bead on both sides should be between 0.8mm ~ 1mm. Too large clearance will cause the label paper to shift in the label box, and oblique labeling will occur. If the clearance is too small, it will cause poor bidding. Adjustment of the position of the label catching hooks: The vertical and horizontal grabbing hooks are on the same vertical plane and work hard on the label evenly. Adjustment of label supply roller: When there is no label, the label pressing plate can be pressed to the * front end of the label box and the label is installed, and the label near the label hook finger cannot be crushed.
